1. Returns Eligibility
- You may return unused and unopened items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
- All returned products must be in their original condition, including packaging and labels, to be eligible for a refund.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on used or opened items due to health and safety regulations.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Used or opened water filters and related products.
- Products purchased with a promotional or discount code that are marked as final sale.
- Gift cards.
3. Return Process
To return an item, follow these steps:
Contact Us:
- Email us at info@waterfilterroyal.click or call (940) 683-3759 to request a return authorization (RA) number. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
Ship the Item Back:
- Once you receive the RA number, carefully package the item in its original packaging and include the RA number on the return label.
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or was shipped incorrectly.

Inspection:
- After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange.
4. Refunds
- Processing Time:
- Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Shipping Costs:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for another product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item. The return process for exchanges is the same as outlined above.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you. Please provide pictures of the damaged or incorrect item to help us expedite the process.
7. Late Returns
Returns received after 30 days from the date of delivery will not be eligible for a refund or exchange unless approved by our customer service team for special circumstances.
